Wild Marinade

1/3 cup soy sauce
juice from ½ of a lemon
4 tablespoons of your favorite Dziki Bill Sauce
3 tablespoons honey or syrup (maple or agave)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon oil (sesame oil will add a distinct flavor)


Mix all the ingredients and pour the marinade over meat, tofu or mushrooms. Let sit for at least one hour in the fridge, and then fry it, bake it in the oven or grill it.
