Jalapeno is probably the most intriguing Dziki Bill Hot Sauce. It was created in a flight of frenzy by an American Gringo and a Silesian Hanys. Its distinctive note of cumin has gained it both devoted fans and die-hard opponents. Jalapeno is also our “mildest” sauce – which does not mean it doesn’t kick ass! Jalapeno peppers contain a fair amount of capsaicin – especially the elegant Black Bullet kind which we use whenever we’re able to lay our hands on them. Because it’s a craft sauce, each batch is different – sometimes the Jalapeno sauce turns out even as spicy as Habanero! If you love the taste of Dziki Bill Jalapeno, but it’s not hot enough for you, just mix it with a drop or two of #Yolo or Ninja. 

skra a.k.a. Spark is the result of many experiments in Dziki Bill’s underground laboratory. We wanted to obtain the perfect fusion of hot sauce and BBQ sauce. In a true spark of inspiration, we coupled Habanero and Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers with sweetness, a smoky aroma and a glass of whisky. The product is this trailblazing, pathbreaking, lit gem of a sauce – the hottest BBQ sauce in Poland and probably the BBQest hot sauce in the world (ha-ha, prove us wrong!). It has all it takes to bring a blissful smile to a chilihead’s face.

Babushka a.k.a. Granny was born from nostalgia for the smell of plum butter simmering in a big pot (if you don’t know what that is, you better look it up. And make some.) and the memory of picking blueberries in the evening sun. Its sweetness will remind you of a warm golden autumn, falling leaves, sunset over a plum orchard, and other things you like. 

Dziki Bill Habanero is our flagship sauce and the basic element of each self-respecting chilihead’s kitchen. Versatile and balanced, it is the epitome of all our hot sauces: it’s super hard to decide whether it’s tastier or hotter. Dziki Bill Habanero is both a cowboy and a gentleman – he has character, but he’s graceful and unobtrusive. If you’re off guard, he can punch your face or kick you in the guts, but to friends he’s simply a good mate – the kind of guy without whom the party wouldn’t be the same.

Dziki Bill Habanero X is the hit of the season. E v e r y season. To many people, it is the tastiest Polish hot sauce and they can’t sleep if it’s not in their fridge. As the name itself indicates, this sauce is based on the hotness and taste of fresh Habanero peppers. To a chillihead this might sound unimpressive, but we all know that appearances can be deceptive! This sauce is packed full of these peppers and because of that its power surpasses by far the hotness of pathetic, phony sauces containing trace amounts of superhots such as Naga Jolokia, Trinidad Scorpion or Carolina Reaper. We’re not calling any names, but you get it.

#Yolo is a Dziki Bill Hot Sauce made from fresh Naga Jolokia peppers and the hottest sauce available all year round. It’s also the first one that gave us hiccups after tasting it and made us run out of the kitchen to get some air when cooking it. If you’re not sure if you want to hurt or please yourself, it is the sauce for you – it will burn your mouth, scorch your throat, take your breath away and go to your head. It’s an edgy sauce, sharp as a razorblade, seductive like an evil woman.

Ninja is currently the hottest sauce in Dziki Bill’s arsenal. Like a true Ninja, he appears out of the blue only do disappear in the shadows – depending on the availability of killer Carolina Reaper peppers necessary for its production. The addition of Sencha tea and rice vinegar is just a loose reference to the Land of the Rising Sun – you have to be a seasoned chilihead who keeps capsaicin drops by their bed to distinguish their taste in this hot sauce.
