Heat up the skillet and fry the onion using a small amount of oil. Add the meat and fry until ready. During frying, add pressed garlic and Habanero Sauce. In the tofu version, fry crumbled tofu on a high-quality non-stick skillet for around 20 min with pressed garlic, onion and Habanero Sauce.
Add the strained beans and spices. Then add the Dziki Bill Jalapeno Sauce (three tablespoons, or more if you feel like it).
Serve in a warm tortilla or with rice (or in a tortilla ith rice – who’s gonna stop you?;-)), garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
